Google'a bağlanarak oluşturduğun ZULMEKRA yedekleme hesabını ve bulut ilerlemeni silebilirsin. Bu talep için oyunu yeniden yüklemen gerekmez.

ZULMEKRA'ya bağladığın Google hesabının e-posta adresinden mazfectstudios@gmail.com adresine yaz.
Konuya ZULMEKRA — Hesap silme talebi yaz ve yedekleme hesabınla ilişkili bulut verilerinin silinmesini istediğini belirt.
Hesabına erişemiyorsan bunu mesajında açıkla. Hesap sahipliğini doğrulamak için güvenli bir ek doğrulama isteyebiliriz.

Silme talebi için e-posta aç

Bu buton e-posta uygulamanı açar; mesajı sen gönderirsin. E-posta uygulaman yoksa yukarıdaki adresi kendi e-posta hizmetine kopyala. Şifre, doğrulama kodu veya kart bilgisi istemeyiz.

Oyunun içinden silme

Bu özellik etkin olan sürümlerde giriş ekranındaki Google yedekleme düğmesine dokun, Bulut hesabını sil seçeneğini aç ve Hesabı ve bulut kaydını sil ile onayla. Google hesabınla tekrar kimlik doğrulaman istenebilir. İşlem tamamlandığında oyun sonucunu gösterir; bir hata çıkarsa bize yaz.

Hangi veriler silinir?

ZULMEKRA için Google'a bağlı Firebase yedekleme hesabın.
Bu hesabın aktif bulut ilerleme kaydı: karakterler, seviye ve zindan ilerlemesi, ekipmanlar, geliştirmeler, kaynaklar, ayarlar ve bu yedekteki içerik/ödül kayıtları.
E-posta ile silme talebin doğrulanınca, hesabınla ilişkili diğer uygulama verileri de değerlendirilir. Gerçek satışlar etkinse ilgili satın alma doğrulama ve teslimat kayıtları da talebe dahildir.

Neler korunabilir?

Oyundaki silme düğmesi cihazındaki yerel ilerlemeyi korur. Yerel kaydı da kaldırmak için Android ayarlarında ZULMEKRA'nın uygulama verilerini temizleyebilir veya uygulamayı kaldırabilirsin. Bağlantıyı kesmek ya da uygulamayı kaldırmak tek başına bulut hesabını silmez.

Silme işlemi Google hesabının tamamını, Google Play'in kendi ödeme geçmişini veya Google'ın kendi hizmet kayıtlarını silmez. Firebase kimlik doğrulama verilerinin yedek sistemlerinden kaldırılması 180 güne kadar sürebilir. Bir satın alma kaydını dolandırıcılık önleme, bir uyuşmazlık veya yasal bir yükümlülük nedeniyle tutmak gerekirse gerekli veriyi ve saklama gerekçesini talebin yanıtında bildiririz. Kayıt yalnız bu amaç için gereken süreyle tutulur.

Bulut kaydının silinmesi kalıcıdır. Saklamak istediğin ilerleme varsa önce kararını gözden geçir. Daha sonra Google'a yeniden bağlanırsan yeni bir yedekleme hesabı oluşturulabilir; korunmuş yerel kayıt yeniden yedeklenebilir. Silme, tüketilmiş bir satın alımı yeniden kazanmanı sağlamaz.

Talebinin takibi

Hesap sahipliğini doğruladıktan sonra gereksiz gecikme olmaksızın işlem yapıp sonucu aynı e-posta üzerinden bildiririz. Bir gecikme veya korunması gereken veri varsa nedenini açıklarız. Daha fazla bilgi için gizlilik politikasını incele.

Delete your ZULMEKRA account

You can delete the ZULMEKRA backup account created by connecting Google and your cloud progress. You do not need to reinstall the game to make this request.

Request deletion by email

Email mazfectstudios@gmail.com from the Google email address connected to ZULMEKRA.
Use the subject ZULMEKRA — Account deletion request and state that you want your backup account and associated cloud information deleted.
If you cannot access that account, explain this in your message. We may request a safe additional step to verify account ownership.

Open deletion request email

This button opens your email app; you send the message yourself. If you do not have an email app, copy the address into your email service. We do not ask for passwords, verification codes or card details.

Delete from inside the game

In versions with this feature enabled, select Google backup on the title screen, choose Delete cloud account and confirm Delete account and cloud save. You may need to authenticate with Google again. The game displays the result when the operation ends; contact us if it reports an error.

What is deleted?

Your Google-linked Firebase backup account for ZULMEKRA.
The account's active cloud progress save: characters, level and dungeon progress, equipment, upgrades, resources, settings and content/reward records in that backup.
After your email request is verified, other app information associated with your account is also reviewed. When real purchases are enabled, relevant purchase verification and delivery records are also covered by the request.

What may remain?

The in-game deletion button preserves local progress on your device. To remove local progress too, clear ZULMEKRA's app data in Android settings or uninstall the app. Disconnecting Google or uninstalling the game alone does not delete the cloud account.

Deletion does not delete your entire Google account, Google Play's own payment history or Google's own service records. Removal of Firebase authentication information from backup systems may take up to 180 days. Where a purchase record must be retained for fraud prevention, a dispute or a legal obligation, we explain the necessary information and retention reason in our response. It is retained only for the period needed for that purpose.

Cloud save deletion is permanent. Review your decision if you want to keep that progress. Connecting Google later may create a new backup account; a preserved local save may be backed up again. Deletion does not grant a consumed purchase again.
